BRIEF: TO DESIGN A THERMOFORMING NIGHTLIGHT FOR BABIES.

Through research I found out that, pastel colours and soft shapes which we can find on cuddly toys, especially stereotypical shapes such as animals and clouds, give children a sense of security. The shape of the hut with birds resembles a house. This can also be seen as a family cocoon, a reassuring and comforting place. The wall lamp is attached to a shelf to allow additional storage in the child’s bedroom but also, to allow parents to have a place near the baby to put the baby-phone.
